Bruno has set the tone for his chefs, who draw their inspiration from the irreplaceable savoir-faire of his Périgord origins. Concerned not to let an irreplaceable savoir-faire that has been handed down from generation to generation disappear, we're not shying away from the pleasure of making the ordinary exciting.
Our chefs also offer daily suggestions based on seasonal produce. Prices include VAT and service.
